Do you require a deposit
Yes all bookings require a deposit be paid, unless you have visited before. Once we have
allocated the booking to the calendar it reserves this time slot for you, so not unreasonable
to ask for a commitment to this.
Are you GST registered
Yes we are GST registered and invoices are provided at time of check in
Can we arrive earlier or depart later.
We can offer this but needs to be arranged closer to the date of occupancy. It is totally
dependant on whether we have back-to-back bookings.

Do you accept credit cards as payment
Unfortunately not at the present, but we are actively looking into this for the future.
Do you have gift vouchers
We can offer gift vouchers, they are valid for one year from the date of purchase and we
require payment to be in full at the time of purchase.

Do we need to clean the place
While we do have a cleaner who comes in after departure, we ask that the property be left
in a tidy manner. Dishes in the dishwasher and on, all heaters, electric blanket and lights off
and generally in as close a condition as you found it.
Do we need to bring towels, linen etc
All bedding, towels, etc is provided and of a high quality. All beds are totally stripped down
and fresh clean linen replaced after every departure (Duvets included).
Do we need to bring cooking oils etc
There is a certain amount of stores provided eg salt, pepper, olive oil, herbs and spices etc
and there is a super market approximately 2km away in town.
Can we bring our pets
Sorry we do not allow pets (no exceptions)
Can we smoke inside
Smoking is outside only (no exceptions)
Can we entertain visitors
No problems, so long as you respect our property and neighbours and understand we do
not allow parties.
Barbee and a few wines (beers) with friends, is all good for the soul.
