Once you have made a booking and it has been confirmed, cancellation charges may apply if you are unable to attend. If we are
unable to fill your position on the allocated day you may lose your booking completely.
Requests to change or cancel a booking within 7 days of the confirmed date will often result in the forfeiture of the booking. If you do
not attend at the agreed date, time and place you will not be entitled to any refund by The Ultimate Day Out.
If for reasons outside of our control (weather, etc) we had to cancel The Ultimate Day Out we will contact you as soon as possible to
organise another suitable time.
Package Descriptions
You can contact us for clarification on any ride. The information supplied is correct at time of publication and may change slightly
sent upon full payment of The Ultimate Day Out.
Safety
Race suit overalls and helmet are provided for the land based rides. Life Jackets are provided for the water based rides. Closed
shoes must be worn. We will take all practical and necessary steps to ensure that the rides sessions are at all times conducted
safely and professionally. Rain will not adversely affect The Ultimate Day Out unless in the opinion of the experienced staff that the
prevailing weather and/or track conditions have become too extreme and are unsuitable to safely continue. In this respect, their
considered expert decision regarding operational safety will be binding, final and absolute. The safety of our participants and our
professional drivers is paramount and will not be compromised for convenience.
Restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in The Ultimate Day Out. This is not recommended for people with neck or spine
injuries, heart conditions or who are in the advanced stages of pregnancy. A maximum weight of 130kgs and a height of 6'3"
applies to all rides.
Transportation
All rides unless expressly mentioned in the details are supplied including transportation to and from relevant venues within the
Taupo area.
Pictures
The pictures are used as an indication only of The Ultimate Day Out. The vehicles, settings and craft may vary slightly.
Disability
The rides supplied by The Ultimate Day Out may be unsuitable or require alternate arrangements for individuals with a disability.
We are happy to make any such arrangements on your behalf if practicable. Please make us aware of any such disability on
booking.
Availability
The Ultimate Day Out is subject to availability so it is advisable to book 6 months in advance.
Liability
Each ticket holder admitted to The Ultimate Day Out acknowledges that his/her presence and/or movement in and around the
venues/vehicles is at his/her own risk and that to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither The Ultimate Day Out nor any
authorised persons are liable for any loss, damage and/or harm including bodily or mental harm, personal property damage or
loss, or any other loss and/or harm arising from and/or occurring during his/her attendance/participation at/in the venue/vehicles,
without limitation to the foregoing, each ticket holder agrees that no claim, complaint or proceeding will be brought in relation to the
foregoing. An indemnity form will be provided for completion prior to participating in this racing experience.

change prices without notice. Any change in price will be communicated before a booking is placed.
